(We accept reviews from Scotch Plains/Fanwood teens only, and reviews must be of young adult titles.)

  • NoveList Plus is a great tool that allows you to find your next read based on books or authors you already like. Just enter the title or author’s name in the search bar and select “Title Read-alikes” or “Author Read-alikes” when you get your results. You will need your Scotch Plains library card to access this site.
  • Here is a great collection of recommendations created by the teen-led organization The Book Orators.
  • What Should I Read Next? is like a less-specific version of Novelist: type in the title of a book you like and you’ll get a list of suggestions.
  • Literature Map is a fun way to discover your next favorite author: type in the name of an author you like and you’ll be presented with a map of author names, organized by how their fans overlap.
