Another option is the VITA program:

  • Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) – for individuals of low- to moderate-income; individuals with disabilities; and non-English speaking taxpayers. Locate a site online or call the IRS at 1-800-906-9887.

Library staff cannot provide tax advice or tell you which tax forms you need.

IRS Forms for Pick Up

The Library has a limited number of IRS 1040 forms and instruction booklets available to pick up, located by the Adult Services desk.

Forms can be printed from our public computers, or by using our remote printing service.

IRS Forms by Mail

Order tax forms, instructions and publications by mail. Most products should be available by the end of January 2024. Your order should arrive within 15 business days.


State Tax Forms


The Library does not receive New Jersey state tax forms.
