Barbara Brown will lead an in-person mindfulness-based guided meditation session, beginning with a brief discussion of one of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness. We will then quiet our minds and bodies with a few minutes of Breathing Meditation followed by a Guided Meditation.
Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably for this program and may wish to bring water for the breathing meditation.
Registration is recommended.
