System Upgrade Information

Our online catalog system will be undergoing a major upgrade, planned to begin after 5pm on Saturday, December 5, 2020.

During this time, it will not be possible to place any holds or renew items on your account, either online or by phone.

As this upgrade affects every one of the over 100,000 items in our catalog, it is expected to take over twenty-four hours. We currently anticipate the catalog to be available again by 9am on Monday, December 7.

Although the catalog may begin to be operational on Monday, we anticipate that some items may not appear until the upgrade and maintenance functions are fully completed towards the end of the day.

In addition to catalog access, some online services that require logging in with your barcode and PIN will not be available.

We thank you in advance for your patience with these disruptions to our services, and we will be making every effort to minimize their duration. We hope that the advance notice will help you plan to minimize disruption to your use of our services.
