Would you like to incorporate more plant-based dishes into your meal rotation? Don’t miss this online workshop with Diane Weeks, RD. Diane will talk about the health benefits of plant-forward eating, and demonstrate simple, delicious and healthy dishes that feature plants in a starring role. Whether you’re just curious about plant-based eating, or a dedicated vegan, you’ll get some great easy-to-follow recipe ideas and tips!

Diane Weeks is a Registered Dietician and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has conducted many healthy eating and cooking workshops for local organizations, including the RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center in Scotch Plains. Diane was a 2016 finalist in the NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes awards program, in the category Public Health Hero.
Plant-forward is a style of cooking and eating that emphasizes plant-based foods but is not strictly limited to them. Meat may be included but it’s usually not the main feature of the meal. Read more from the American Heart Association.
