Barbara Brown will lead a virtual mindfulness-based guided meditation session, beginning with a brief discussion of one of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness. We will then quiet our minds and bodies with a few minutes of Breathing Meditation followed by a Guided Meditation.
Please be situated in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed and be seated in an up-right chair with no armrests, feet flat on the floor.
