Gentle Fitness for Adults

The JCC of Central New Jersey will present a balance class for adults.
The class integrates principles from the Feldenkrais Method to help create a better connection between the brain and body, while also strengthening the muscles that keep the body upright. When you develop better awareness of your body through exploring a variety of gentle movements, you can increase your range of motion and achieve better and safer movement in your daily activities. The class will involve sitting and standing alternately, so please come with good sneakers.
