Gentle Fitness and Balance with Yasmin

Yasmin Ofek is offering her previously-scheduled gentle fitness and balance classes live online via Zoom!
When you develop better awareness of your body through exploring a variety of gentle movements, you can increase your range of motion and achieve better and safer movement in your daily activities.
Yasmin’s classes integrate principles from the Feldenkrais Method, to help create a better connection between the brain and body—while also strengthening the muscles that keep the body upright.
The class will involve sitting and standing alternately, so please have a chair available and wear good sneakers.
An additional session will be offered on August 21.
A special evening class designed to help you walk and run with more ease will be held on Thursday, July 30 at 7pm.
