The Board of the Friends of the Scotch Plains Public Library invites all members to a Friendsgiving gathering as part of their membership meeting, an opportunity to connect with fellow library supporters, strengthen bonds, and reflect on what makes the library such an invaluable community resource–a mix of business and pleasure.

Attendees can look forward to:

• A cozy and inviting atmosphere, with autumnal decorations and seasonal delights.
• Delicious snacks and desserts.
• A chance to discuss the important work of the Friends of the Scotch Plains Public Library and participate in the organization’s mission to enhance the library’s resources and services.
• The Board requests that attendees bring a non-perishable food item and/or a new or nearly new reusable bag to donate to a local food bank.
