Feel Good Fridays

Join us in our Teen Yoga Series: Feel Good Fridays with guest instructor, Yen Leung, to practice yoga and mindfulness. We will explore connections, compassion, curiosity, and collaboration with our inner self and our community. We will learn techniques to help build physical and emotional resilience.
Classes meet 7/30, 8/6, 8/13, and 8/20 at 9:15am.
Outdoors. For grades 8-12; registration required. Please try to attend all classes in the series.
For the health and safety of all our patrons and staff, the following protocols will be observed:
- Everyone will maintain a distance of 3+ feet from each other (per the governor’s guidelines for schools).
- Anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or whose family is experiencing them will not attend the meeting.
- If the weather is not right for meeting outside (rainy, too hot, etc.) we will meet virtually instead. The library will give at least 24 hours notice of the change from outdoors to virtual.
