Allergy-Friendly Thanksgiving Stuffing

How do you approach Thanksgiving–a food-based holiday–when so many of us suffer from food allergies or need to follow special diets?
Jennifer Bridgeman will help you create an inclusive Thanksgiving meal, and offer advice on navigating the holiday–whether you’ll be a guest with special diet needs, or a host who needs to accommodate them.
She will demonstrate how to make a stuffing that can be enjoyed by anyone who needs to avoid wheat, dairy and egg. Samples will be provided. She’ll also offer suggestions for modifying other popular Thanksgiving dishes, and educate us on products we may not know about that can help make an meal allergy-friendly.
