Kim Ellner, registered Yoga teacher is certified in Yoga for Scoliosis. In this session participants will learn about the condition, how to improve their posture, mobility, stability, self-esteem and breathing while reducing pain, postural rotation and asymmetry. Ms. Ellner will include several gentle movement exercises in her program.
