The Princeton Review’s SAT/ACT Essentials program is now being offered through the Library’s online service!

Log in to with a Scotch Plains Library barcode number, then create a free account to activate your access to The SAT/ACT Essentials.



Take a full-length, timed practice test – you’ll get a detailed score report showing the areas you need to focus on.

Study with video lessons:

Video lesson on math
Math lessons walk you through the entire problem-solving process.
Video lesson on English grammar
Writing and language lessons explain the reasoning and principles that determine the correct answer.
 Each lesson is followed by a practice drill to test your mastery.

Make a plan and set a goal!

  • Input your upcoming test date and your target score
  • Track your progress towards meeting your goal.  Your best scores on practice tests will be measured as above or below your target.
