This special program for two-year-olds features stories and other activities that promote language development, pre-reading skills, and an enjoyment of reading.  It also includes a craft for the children to make and take home. Registration is required and is limited to residents of Scotch Plains and Fanwood. Registration begins March 8, 2010.
